Layered, slashed, appliqued collage-style, featuring a fabric that looks like buildings. I wanted to depict a happy, celebrating city so I added fireworks to the scene. It won 2nd place in Mixed Media in South Mississippi Art Association 28th Annual show, 2004, Hattiesburg, MS.
