A Brighter Tomorrow was made for an exhibit entitled HOPE in the Forrest General Cancer Center, Hattiesburg, MS, in April 2007. The piece depicts darkness, chaos and confusion, with a bright sun on the horizon. Techniques used included layering/cutaway, Angelina fibers, foil, and an overlay of netting. A white border helped frame the dark elements.
