One of a series of the four Elements—Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. Many nontraditional materials and methods were used to make these pieces, inspired by Linda Schmidt's Quilt University class Elements in Fabric. Water won 2nd  place in the fiber arts category in the April 2008 South Mississippi Art Association Focused Show in Hattiesburg, MS.
